  • For mild to moderate acute pain: 20 mg three times a day, or 40 mg twice or thrice a day.
  • For moderate to severe osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or rheumatoid arthritis: 25 mg, twice or thrice a day. The maximum dose should not exceed 200 mg per day.
