In accordance with UK law and healthcare regulation, we are not able to accept returns, refund or exchange private prescriptions, Prescription Only Medications (POM) & Pharmacy Medications (P-Line) once it has been dispatched for delivery.
Customers who have purchased General Sale List (GSL) products are eligible for a return, refund or exchange providing they meet the UK laws of providing written confirmation to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods.
