We will share certain identification information (such as name, date of birth, address, gender, identity document containing biometric data and photograph of data subjects face) with our identity checking partner:
MedsNow uses Onfido Limited (Company Number: 07479524) to check that all patients are genuine and for the purpose of identity verification and in the manner set out in this Declaration of Consent.
This is a regulatory requirement of The General Pharmacy Council (GPhC) and is performed once only when an account has been set up. By accepting this privacy policy, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy of Onfido Limited.
You agree as follows:
(a) I authorise Onfido and/or any of their appointed agents to carry out all necessary searches, including searches of consumer credit records, in order to verify my information.
(b) I have read Onfido’s Privacy Policy and I agree to all my personal information being processed in accordance with Onfido's Privacy Policy.
(c) I agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, that I will not hold Onfido and its officers, employees agents and/or customers liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and to hold harmless Onfido, its officers, directors, employees, agents and customers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with use of Onfido's website (and other online properties) or any of the services provided by Onfido.
(d) I confirm to the best of my knowledge having exercised all due skill and care that the information I have given is complete, true and correct and I agree to the use of my information as detailed in this Declaration of Consent.
