Do you do ID checks?

Yes we use Onfido

Who are Onfido?

Onfido is a technology company that helps businesses verify people’s identities using a secure photo based identity and document checking software.

What if I’m asked for additional ID?

When Onfido is unable to verify your identity in initial checks you will receive information requests on what documents they need via email

Order will continue in the normal manner once the identity check is complete

Will my GP be informed if I am approved to receive a treatment?

You will be asked to share your GP’s details when registering your account

However, we will only contact your GP if you grant permission for us to do so (in line with GDPR legislation)

Patient confidentiality is of paramount importance to us

We recommend you maintain in contact with your GP about your medical conditions and treatments you are taking

How long before my consultation questionnaire is reviewed?

Our aim is for a prescriber to review your consultation within several hours of being submitted

Our prescribers may ask further questions, as they may need further information to make a more informed decision on an appropriate treatment

Who will check my order and issue a prescription?

A qualified, registered prescribing pharmacist

Can I speak to a pharmacist if my order is refused?

When logged onto a registered account you can send a message via the chat facility

How do you work to ensure patient safety?

Patient safety is our highest priority, and why we emphasise the importance of having an identity check via Onfido

We strive to prescribe in a responsible manner, which means that in addition to the prescriber assessing the necessary information required as part of the consultation reviews, we also spend time identifying and disabling accounts which have the same information and may be making multiple orders to circumvent order sizes

I am experiencing side effects from my treatment, what should I do?

Please contact your GP or call the emergency services (non-urgent care dial 111 or urgent care dial999), depending on the severity

Do I need to fill in the questionnaire every time I order?

Depends on the treatment type and the length of time from which you were last prescribed

We need up to date information for prescribers to make the best decisions for your health

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if the order has not yet been dispatched

As soon as an order has been dispatched, we are unfortunately not able to amend your order once it has been approved
