Missing one pill from your Ovranette pack does not compromise your protection against pregnancy. If you miss two or more pills, you may get pregnant through unprotected sex. Here’s what you should do if you have missed one pill:

• Up to 48 hours since the last pill: Take the pill as soon as you remember then continue to take the pills as usual. This could mean taking two pills in a day.

• More than 48 hours since the last pill: The next steps depend on when you took the last pill and where you are in your pack. 

• Less than 7 pills left in the pack: Start a new pack immediately after you finish the first one without a seven-day break. If you don’t experience withdrawal bleeding during your seven-day break, after the second pack – you could be pregnant.

If you or anyone else has taken an overdose of Ovranette, you should immediately seek medical attention. An overdose of Ovranette may cause nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, dizziness, tummy pain, drowsiness, and fatigue. You should see a doctor immediately, even if you are not experiencing any discomfort or poisoning symptoms.

• Does Ovranette cause weight gain?
  
  No. There is no medical evidence to suggest that Ovranette causes weight gain.

• Can you get pregnant on Ovranette?
